I found this book extremely practical and a useful guide for anyone working in an organisation that has not yet embraced design as a discipline. The 4 stage process of What Is, What If, What Wows and What Works resonates with colleagues who have not experienced design thinking. It is light on in terms of describing the mindset and stance of designers so probably needs to be read in conjunction with other books but overall great for someone who is attempting to encourage change within organisations.
