It's one of the most cited text in Design Academy and with a reason, it's great to understand the thought process to analyse a procedure, review what is wrong what you need to do to change it, at any level, small details, workflow, methodology, general skillset, go through it, change it, fix it, try to improve it and continue.

I wish to find new revised versions or extensions of this book.
